Strength Training Class: A 60-min total body strength workout using various dumbbell, body bar, resistance band, medicine ball, TRX, BOSU ball, kettle bell, and body weight exercises to strengthen every muscle group. This functional class allows you to train all movement patterns, and is a fun and challenging way to improve your fitness level. All ages and fitness levels are welcome; progressions and regressions are shown for each exercise.
