    Participating in a group fitness class is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to get fit! All fitness levels are welcome and various intensity levels are shown for every exercise. Class sizes average at no more than 8 clients, so you'll always receive plenty of personal attention and instruction. 

    We offer Core, Strength Training, Functional Flexibility, and Pietra classes. Once we meet for a complimentary consultation, we'll help you get started in on your journey.

    Tulip Time in Pella

    Nothing says Spring in Iowa like a visit to Pella during Tulip Time. Since 1935, the festival attracts thousands of visitors to experience Dutch heritage and gaze upon the colorful beauty of the city. The day includes a guided motorcoach tour of the Historical Village and Vermeer Windmill, as well as other historical landmarks. A traditional Dutch Buffet will be served at the Opera House. During lunch, we will be treated to a fashion show highlighting authentic Dutch costumes modeled by local townfolk. There will be plenty of time to explore the quaint shops and bakeries downtown before our last stop at Frisian Farms Cheese House.

    St. Paul Exploration Tour

    Our journey north takes us to St. Paul, Minnesota where we are welcomed at the Loon Cafe-St. Paul with a delicious lunch. The Loon is a local favorite with several varieties of award-winning chili. After lunch, we tour the beautiful Cathedral of St. Paul and the Landmark Center before checking in to the Intercontinental Hotel. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Mississippi River at this luxurious downtown hotel.

    On Tuesday evening, you'll enjoy a performance of "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre. It's an inspiring true story about her journey from teenage songwriter to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Our first stop will be the at the Iowa State Capitol where we will tour the iconic state treasure - the only 5-domed Capitol in the country! Then we're off to the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates to tour this world-class museum that recognizes great achievements in agriculture and feeding the world. Next, we take a guided tour of Hoyt Sherman Place, another historic gem. Not only is it a beautiful concert and theatre venue, it also has an Art Gallery and Museum as well. A catered lunch will be served. Our last stop will be at the Des Moines Art Center, our city's own museum of modern and contemporary art.

    Omaha Art & History Tour

    Get Your Kicks on Route 66 Tour

    Coined "The Mother Road" in "The Grapes of Wrath," Route 66 stretched 2,448 miles from Chicago to Los Angeles and is now a tourist destination for travelers worldwide.

    We start our journey in Springfield, MO, known as the "Birthplace of Route 66." You'll be in awe when we pull into the Route 66 Rail Haven Motel, the oldest Best Western in the country. Our time in Springfield includes a step-on guided tour with stops at the classic car museum and Route 66 Museum, Red's Giant Hamberg, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, and Fantastic Caverns.

    We travel north on Route 66 and stop at many of the quirky sites that make this highway famous. We spend two nights at the Westin downtown St. Louis, visiting the Gateway Arch and taking a river cruise on the Mississippi.

    We wind our way north again on Route 66 until we arrive in Springfield, IL. Once there, we have a full day Route 66 Tour planned and will also watch vintage cars parade into the downtown area for a 3-day Route 66 festival. On the last day of our adventure, we visit the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum before traveling up the route to wave goodbye to the Bunyon Giant in Atlanta!

    The Amish Experience Tour

    Our day in Kalona starts with a stop at the Welcome Center for Streussel and coffee. We will hear a presentation on "What is the difference between the Amish and the Mennonite people" by Floyd Yutzy. We tour the Amana Museum and do a little shopping before departing for lunch at a Mennonite Home. Next we divide into two groups and tour a Goat Farm and Ebike manufacturer. (Many Amish communities are allowed to ride ebikes.) A tour of a Buggy Shop and Stringtown Grocers follows before departing for Amana.

    Our overnight accommodations will be at the brand new Hotel Millwright, which pays homage to the Amana's woolen mills of the past. The next morning we tour this unique hotel and have plenty of time to browse and shop afterwards. Our lunch that day will be served at the Price Creek Event Center Dinner Theatre where we will see a first person Grant Wood presentation with Q&A.

    If the timing is right... we will have a beautiful view of fall foliage as we travel on our Amish Experience Tour.

    The day begins in Perry with a tour of the Carnegie Library and Hotel Pattee. The dining areas of the historic themed hotel are works of art designed around railroad history. Be sure to check out the room recreated like a 20th Century dining car. The main event includes a delicious lunch in an actual dining car as you travel through the Des Moines River Valley in climate controlled comfort aboard a historic train on the Scenic Valley Railway. One last stop on the way home - which is always a crowd pleaser - for a carousel ride in Story City.
