    Just Desserts @ Circa 21

    Wednesday, April 13th

    6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

It's sweet. It's savory. It's five strangers putting their hearts, reputations, and baking skills on the line to become the creme de la creme of bakers at a county fair. There's a little mystery, a little romance, some potential cheating, and some back-stabbing... exactly what you'd expect when the competition is fierce... and the results are deliciously satisfying!

You'll experience the thrill of live, professional theatre as well as a freshly prepared meal served by a performing waitstaff in this historic 1920's theatre in Rock Island, IL. This tour also includes a guided tour of the German American Heritage Center in Davenport.

    Tennessee Trailblazing Tour

    Sunday, Nov 6th - Friday, Nov 11th

    5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Join us for a week of exploration and self discovery as we travel to the beautiful state of Tennessee.

We head south down the trail to our first overnight stop in St. Charles, Missouri. After a morning on the road, we will be ready to jump on the trolley and head to Main Street for some lunch or to relax on the banks of the Missouri River. Bright and early the next morning, we once again hit the trail for a tour of the Historic Daniel Boone Home. After a few more stops, we arrive at our destination: Franklin, Tennessee

Downtown Franklin has more than 150 unique shops, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, galleries, theatres, and more. “Franklin on Foot” will guide a walking tour to share the town’s rich history and give us the “lay of the land” so we can venture out on our own to explore more.

Carnton Plantation The Battle of Franklin is said to be the bloodiest of all Civil War battles and a part of history that defined America. We tour this elegant house and learn about the important role the Carnton plantation and its owners played after the war. A private luncheon will be provided in the Carnton Gallery.

Natchez Trace Parkway  We will ramble through this National Park treasure that spans 444 miles through three states and 10,000 years of history. Gen. Andrew Jackson, Jefferson Davis and Ulysses S. Grant are some of the famous Americans to have traveled the Natchez Trace.

Leiper’s Fork  For a truly unique Tennessee experience, we visit the village of Leiper’s Fork. Home to charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants, this one-lane town is full of rustic charm. It’s said that it’s not uncommon to spot celebrities here! And, a visit to Leiper's Fork would not be complete without a tour of the Leiper's Fork Distillery to learn what goes into making that famous Tennessee whiskey!

Arrington Vineyard Located on 75 acres of beautiful Tennessee countryside, Arrington Vineyards is Nashville’s own “Wine Country”. It is owned by country music star Kix Brooks of Brooks & Dunn. You can relax as you take in the tranquility of the scenic views and delicious wines.

So much food… So little time You’ll love the flavor of this tour! Regional fare from gumbo and seafood to barbecue sliders and fried green tomatoes, you will delight in the Southern cuisine that this area has to offer. And naturally, we will seek out all the sweet local treats served up Southern style.

As we venture home, we continue to take in the sites and history of bygone eras. Our final stop in Springfield, IL includes tours of the Abraham Lincoln Museum and the Lincoln Home.

6 DAYS / 5 NIGHTS – Includes motorcoach transportation, lodging, 5 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 4 Dinners, and all guided tours.
